Should you find your home and verbal negotiations have been finalised, you will be required to sign a contract and pay a deposit. On settlement, it is advisable to conduct a pre settlement inspection prior to settlement taking place. This is to ensure the property is in good condition and all the inclusions are there as per the contract you have agreed to and signed.
