Buying Property

When considering purchasing a property, we suggest you make an appointment with one of our experienced sales staff who not only possess extensive local knowledge, but who also will:

*Only show you properties that meet your requirements
*Provide personalised service
*Add your details to our exclusive database
*Advise you of open houses and buyers alert for new listings

Depending on whether you are purchasing a property for owner/occupier or investment purposes, we believe some factors to consider are:
(1) Schools
(2) Shops
(3) Transport
(4) Parks
(5) Sporting Facilities

Investment Property
(1) Growth figures
(2) Demand
(3) Facilities
(4) Schools
(5) Shops
(6) Transport
(7) Parks
What also should be taken into consideration
(1) Legal costs & stamp duty
(2) Finance and Insurance
(3) Building and pest inspections

Should you find your home and verbal negotiations have been finalised, you will be required to sign a contract and pay a deposit. On settlement, it is advisable to conduct a pre settlement inspection prior to settlement taking place. This is to ensure the property is in good condition and all the inclusions are there as per the contract you have agreed to and signed.
